DESCRIPTION
A fan favorite, the Squashinator is not as intimidating as it sounds. It's made of butternut squash, veggie broth, chopped scallion, chipotle, garlic, golden raisins, orange zest, cilantro, salt, pepper, and touches from Chef's Private Box. The squash is simmered until the meat is soft and then mixed with the rest of the ingredients to create an aroma too good to wait for.
