TML Cooking Sauce - Guajillo

TML house cooking sauce is a thick blend of aroma, flavor, and excitement. Made with a select pepper as the flavor foundation and mixed with salt, pepper, roasted garlic, onion, cumin, roasted pumpkin seeds, oil, and roasted corn. 

Our TML Cooking Sauces are excellent for adding to any protein in a marinade, while cooking, or as a pour over sauce when serving. This is the sauce that works as the foundation for the filling of our tamales.
