Part of our sweet tamale family, our Strawberry and Jam Tamale comes with infused strawberry masa. This makes the flavors come through full circle and not just in the filling. The strawberry themselves are slow boiled in a simple syrup mixture to expand that strawberry flavor. This is refined and added to the masa and wraps around a strawberry jam filling to be steamed to perfection.
